Project Overview

We have worked on a variety of campaigns for Browns over the last 2 years, including in-store events, email marketing campaigns and social media campaigns. Created high quality content for Browns and the brands they stock including Chanel, Dior, YSL, Levi, Barbour and more!

We have created a variety of longer form campaigns and singular campaigns to show the brand as a whole while also keeping their family roots strong and refer back to their heritage. 

Email marketing has been particularly strong for the brand with over 200 emails sent to the database in the last 18 months, helping to increase revenue in-store and online. We have created a variety of email designs and added segmentation and A/B testing to the database to target groups for what they best want to see from the brand.

The Problem

Founded in 1890, Browns Department Stores are still family run, not having the knowledge to run a social media or marketing strategy to increase footfall in-store and create a stronger brand identity. Wanting to give the brand a freshen up and add consistency to the brand and strategy. Help them define their branding and consistency across social media, email marketing and POS.
