Project Overview

Over an 18 month period Artium Group instructed Social Loop to develop their brand identity, collateral and 4 websites for their various divisions.

Once the brand identity and brand guidelines were developed, our design and copyright team worked alongside Artium to develop a plethora of brochures, pitch decks, marketing materials and social media templates allowing them to showcase their business in a professional manner.

Our web team developed 4 showstopping websites which represent the business on a B2B and B2C level whilst all interlinking that identity of the group.

The Problem

Artium is a privately-owned real estate investment and development group. Artium Group is the overarching company that encompasses its specialist subsidiaries consisting of Artium Investments, Artium Construction, Artium Asset Management, Artium Property Management and Artium Homes. This includes operating brands such as Artium Living, Artium Workspace, Allure Holiday Lettings and Alteza Student Accommodation. As a new business Artium had a blank canvas but wanted to get going quickly with all aspects of design and web so they could establish themselves as the high profile developers they are today.
